Happy Birthday Steve!

Happy Birthday to the most wonderful man! We are so lucky to have such an amazing husband and father. Steve had his __ birthday on the 5th of March. (We are at the time in life we don't mention the years part!) We had a very relaxing celebration. He started his day off first thing with Nate remembering as he woke up that it was dad's birthday. He got a big birthday hug and birthday wishes. He was able to have lunch with friends too. Then we went to Good Wood Barbecue for dinner. He has not been able to eat ribs since he got his braces on so a little convincing to our waitress and she had the chef hand pick him a full slab of very tender and delicious rack! He ate and enjoyed every morsel. We opened presents which are not too exciting at this point in life when he has most everything that he would like! We had a great time at dinner. My dad was not able to be in the area to come to dinner so on Saturday night we were able to go to Grandma and Grandpa's for dinner and birthday dessert. He had a really good birthday this year and we wish him many more wonderful years to come! (The older boys just love having their pictures taken so I only have some of Nate & the dog!)

The video is of the card Nate picked out. He recorded a message that only his dad would understand and loved every second of it. He also had to sign all the boys names even the baby! It was very cool mostly because every time Steve opens it (still today) he gets a great big smile on his face!!
